Useful Research At A Fraction Of The Cost

The Member Scorecard is an excellent tool for measuring member satisfaction at Credit Unions.

Member satisfaction is measured by placing a Member Scorecard insert into members' monthly or quarterly statements, or by emailing members. The Scorecard allows members to provide a grade for 22 service attributes. Members are also encouraged to write any comments they wish to bring to management's attention.

Along with providing Credit Unions with valuable and statistically reliable data concerning member satisfaction, the Member Scorecard program costs much less than other member satisfaction survey methods.
