You select the service(s) you would like to cross-sell to members. This selection process can be customized and based on the current service usage of each individual member.
Group Marketing develops and mails the direct mail package that will be sent to selected members at your credit union. Each gift notification package consists of a personalized Member Benefit Statement along with a catalog showing the available gifts. The Gift Rewards program allows you to select from five gift levels. Each level contains over 30 gift selections that your members can choose from after they establish their qualifying service. Preview gift selections below. The large selection of high-quality gifts will appeal to a broad demographic group and will help increase the success of your cross-selling program.
As members establish the service(s) required to receive a complimentary gift, they will be provided with a website address, user name and password. They then can choose and order their gift from the online Gift Rewards Center, and the gift is shipped directly to them.
The credit union pays only $25 to $100 per gift, depending on gift level chosen. The price includes the gift, shipping and all gift administrative services. This makes the Gift Rewards program affordable, while allowing you to structure your program to cross-sell a variety of your services.
It's easy to structure your Gift Rewards program to make cross-selling services cost-effective. Examples of ways to ensure your program's financial success: Require a minimum loan amount for an auto refinance, a specified amount for a credit card balance transfer, or a new checking account with direct deposit in order to qualify for a complimentary gift.
